With our HR policies firmly in place, criteria of selection is based on various levels of approval such as pre-interview selection, face to face interviews, group discussions, testing on-the-spot and a trial period.
On passing all our stringent requirements, the candidate is put under training. On due completion of training, successful candidates are put on live projects. Those unsuccessful are further trained, tested and on due passing are they allowed to work on live projects.
Constantly observing and managing the operators are our carefully selected and trained supervisors who not only impart on-hands training, query solving but also take appropriate and necessary action as and when required.
